CCI was conceived in 1995 as a boutique agency tightly focused on the production of case studies for clients in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Those clients – delighted with the quality and support intrinsic to the company’s case study programmes – have relentlessly drawn the relationship into different areas. At the same time CCI has attracted new clients in other industries, notably financial services and local government.
